The helicopter production and maintenance hangar study compares spatial arrangements for a large working volume with storage, equipment, office and technical spaces. Two plan alternatives, 34 × 80 metres and 29 × 80 metres, are examined through plans, sections and three-dimensional massing views. Roof-off views reveal the relationship between the main hall and support rooms. Our digital project documentation focuses on communicating the alternatives and their spatial requirements.
