Residential Project 605
Residential Project 605 arranges living, kitchen and entrance functions at ground level, bedrooms and wet areas above, and storage, technical and exercise spaces in the basement. The architectural BIM model includes walls, floors, roof, doors and windows. Plans, sections and elevations are complemented by kitchen and wet-area views. Room, finish, furniture, kitchen-equipment, door and window schedules connect spatial geometry with component information. A ground-floor sheet presents the plan with related tables, while a cutaway model view makes the living-room, kitchen and entrance relationships visible.

BIM model and spatial data
Residential Project 605 records living rooms, bedrooms, wet areas, a gym and technical/storage spaces as separate model rooms. The axonometric view shows the relationship between levels and roofs directly from the BIM geometry. The room-area total also includes parking and service spaces and should not be interpreted as residential living area or permit-certified net area.
