Parametrically pyRevit Extension brings together tools we develop for recurring documentation and data organisation tasks in architectural production. Our aim is to improve how project teams manage the relationship between model information, drawings and sheets.

Documentation and sheet management

We focus on supporting office standards in dimensioning, view placement and sheet organisation. Auto Dimension and Viewport & Sheet Manager are among these development areas.

Model information and standards

Room Finisher, 3D Generator and 3D Tagging cover approaches for relating room information to building elements and making spatial data visible in coordination models. Template Controller and Smart Capitalizer address naming, parameters and text consistency.

Quantities and analysis

Advanced Wall Calculator and Line Length Analytics address model information such as wall areas and linear building elements. Outputs depend on the model content, selected elements and calculation settings. They should be checked against project sources before procurement or fabrication decisions.

Inputs, outputs and compatibility

Inputs include the relevant Revit model, elements and office standards. Depending on the tool, outputs include model or documentation changes and data reports. Available features depend on Revit and pyRevit versions and the project structure. This introduction does not guarantee error free results or a fixed time saving for every model.
