Başak Construction — Urban Renewal

The Başak Construction urban-renewal study brings two residential towers into a shared site arrangement. Three-dimensional views show the building masses and open areas, while the coloured ground-floor plan identifies the lobby, fitness area, social facility and caretaker accommodation.

The project presentation connects the tower-scale geometry with the uses at the base of the buildings. Colour coding makes shared and supporting functions legible, allowing the overall residential arrangement to be considered alongside the everyday spaces serving the development.
