The Kiwengwa accommodation programme includes a main space, reception, guest rooms, a beach house and technical areas. Architectural Revit files are separated by building component. Structural model records also distinguish the main space, reception, rooms and technical areas. Component names provide a way to organise the architectural and structural file groups. The accompanying unscaled diagram explains that documented information structure.

BIM model and spatial data
The MAIN ROOM model in the Kiwengwa source family describes a communal living and service module with entrance, WC, storage and technical spaces. Kitchen counters, dining furniture, fixed fittings, partitions and joinery can be read in the same Revit model. Separate terrace, pool and pump-room records make the relationship between internal, outdoor and service spaces traceable. This view covers the communal module, not the separate accommodation blocks or entire development. Its area has not been multiplied by repeated units. The same Z315 source is used for the Ahmet Kwengia House entry; this addendum does not create an additional project or area.
